Step 1: Sign Up for a Proxy Account
To begin, create your proxy account. Once you sign up, you'll be ready to unlock the power of residential proxies.
Step 2: Choose Your Residential Proxies Package
After your account is set up, log in and navigate to the Residential Proxies section. Select the package that suits your needs and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you'll be prompted to select your payment method, such as credit card or PayPal.
Step 3: Start Using Residential Proxies
After completing your payment, it's time to begin.
Basic Query: Once your plan is purchased, go to the Endpoint Generator and use the cURL example provided. Replace the USERNAME:PASSWORD with your credentials and run the command in your terminal to start using your residential IP address.
Location Settings: You can specify a location for your IP by adding parameters to your username, allowing you to select the country, state, or even city.
Session Control: If you want to maintain the same IP address for multiple requests, append a random alphanumeric string to your username to set a session ID, and you can even extend the session time to up to 90 minutes.
Step 4: Obtain Residential Proxies
You can obtain your proxies using two authentication methods: User&Pass or Whitelisted IPs.
User&Pass Authentication:
Go to the Residential Proxies dashboard and click Users, then +Add to create a new account with your desired username and password. After setting it up, select the User authentication method and use it with the Endpoint Generator.
Whitelisted IPs:
Alternatively, you can use Whitelisted IPs. Go to the Whitelist section, click +Add, enter your IP address, and confirm. This allows you to use the proxies without needing a username and password.
Step 5: Customize Your Session and Location
You can customize your session type by choosing either a Sticky Session or a Rotating Session. You can also specify your desired location, such as specific countries, states, or cities.
Step 6: Monitor Your Usage
Track your data usage directly from the Statistics section of your dashboard. You'll see how much traffic you've used, its expiration date, and other key details.
